All Relaxure pergolas come with: Lifetime Coverage – Applies to structural components such as columns, base plates, and beams. 5-Year Coverage – Covers all movable elements including louvers, hand cranks, and mechanical systems. 2-Year Coverage – Includes electrical components and additional accessories.
If you experience any non-human-related damages during the warranty period, we will provide free repairs or replacements. The warranty covers structural defects and material issues but not damage from improper installation or weather conditions.
